Shipping

Our customers can choose from various shipping methods regarding delivery times and shipping costs. Currently, we offer two options, which are detailed below. In every case, we deliver to the specified address and not to a P.O. box or parcel locker to ensure the protection of the packages and secure delivery. We work with several partners for delivery, listed in the Delivery section as well, as the packages are shipped from our manufacturer. The shipping costs and delivery times are summarized in the table below. All shipping costs are quoted in Euros, and there are different shipping charges for different delivery times and destinations. The shipping cost is also included in the total amount on the invoice.

Our shipping levels
1. Tracked
Tracked shipping is similar to standard shipping but includes limited track & trace capabilities. Typically, a parcel receives a scan upon arrival in the destination country and another scan when the courier takes it out for delivery. However, a delivery scan may not always occur, depending on the destination country and the delivery service used.

2. Premium
Premium shipping offers a comprehensive Track and Trace service, providing fast
and reliable worldwide delivery. We collaborate with a network of couriers such as
DHL, PostNL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, FedEx, and others to select the best service for each country. This fully tracked option allows customers to see when the parcel arrives in the country, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. Additionally, if the customer is not home during delivery, the tracking information will indicate where the parcel can be picked up.

Transit Times
We collaborate with various carriers to deliver your orders, with transit times varying by country and shipping method. Detailed transit times are available in our price list. These times are displayed in business days and are calculated from the day your order is dispatched.
For example, a tracked shipment to Germany typically takes 2 to 5 business days. If you place an order on Monday, the 1st before 16:00 (CET), the custom product will be delivered between Wednesday, the 3rd, and Monday, the 8th.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs differ by country and shipping method. Not all shipping methods are available for all countries. For the most current shipping rates, please refer to our price list. The shipping costs do not include the duty fees - if there are duties associated with the destination country.
