What do the tracked mail service and premium mail service shipping options mean?

 

Our website offers two shipping options to choose from:

 

Tracked

Tracked shipping is similar to standard shipping but includes limited track & trace capabilities. Typically, a parcel receives a scan upon arrival in the destination country and another scan when the courier takes it out for delivery. However, a delivery scan may not always occur, depending on the destination country and the delivery service used.

 

Premium

Premium shipping offers a comprehensive Track and Trace service, providing fast and reliable worldwide delivery. We collaborate with a network of couriers such as DHL, PostNL, Hermes, DPD, GLS, FedEx, and others to select the best service for each country. This fully tracked option allows customers to see when the parcel arrives in the country, when it is out for delivery, and when it is delivered. Additionally, if the customer is not home during delivery, the tracking information will indicate where the parcel can be picked up.

 

Is there only one shipping cost for an order?

Yes, a single shipping fee is charged for an order, regardless of whether the order contains one item or multiple items.

 

Does the total order amount (product price and shipping cost) include VAT?

Yes, the total order amount (including the product prices listed on the website) already includes VAT. Our product prices are always stated as gross amounts.

 

In what cases can product returns be applied?

The possibility of returns is available in cases where the error originates from the supplier or manufacturer. For example: incorrect order sent, incomplete order, quality defect, error or damage occurred during shipping. Please notify us via email at sales@crematella.hu before returning any products, as we can only initiate the return process under these circumstances.

 

How does the return process work?

 

The return process consists of the following steps:

Contact Us: First, notify us via email at sales@crematella.com about the reason for the return. Please provide the order number and details of the product(s) to be returned.

Confirmation: After receiving your email, we will confirm the return request and inform you of the next steps.

Packaging: Pack the product to be returned in its original packaging, if possible, and include the invoice or order confirmation.

Shipping: Send the product back to the address provided by us. The shipping costs will paid by us.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If the return is valid, we will process the refund or replacement product according to your preference.

Notification: We will notify you via email about the status of the return and the refund or replacement.

Please ensure that all returned products are in an intact and unused condition, with original tags and packaging included.
